Return & Refund Policy – New-Exit
At New-Exit, each item is made to order with care and intention. As a small creative brand, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there is a verified manufacturing issue.

All Sales Are Final
All purchases are considered final once placed. We do not accept returns or issue refunds due to:
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Sizing issues
  • Shipping delays
  • Incorrect order placement by the customer
Please be sure to double-check your sizing, shipping information, and order details before submitting your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@new-exit.com. Include:
  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A short description of the problem
We will work with our production partner to determine the best course of action. Replacement decisions are handled on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of New-Exit and our manufacturing partners.
